研究目的：

通过中医情志护理联合五行音乐疗法对行碘 131 治疗的甲状腺癌术后患者进行干预，缓解患者在隔离期间焦虑抑郁等负面情绪，改善患者睡眠质量，改善治疗效果和患者就医体验  

Objectives of Study：

Intervention of postoperative thyroid cancer patients treated with iodine 131 through traditional Chinese medicine affective care combined with five elements music therapy relieves patients' negative emotions such as anxiety and depression during isolation, improves patients' sleep quality, and improves treatment effects and patients' experience of medical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理学确诊为分化型甲状腺癌； 2.行甲状腺全切术； 3.术后首次进行碘 131 治疗； 4.同意参加本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of differentiated thyroid cancer confirmed by pathology; 2. Total thyroidectomy; 3. The first postoperative iodine 131 treatment; 4. Agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.既往行甲状腺手术史患者； 2.存在认知、精神障碍和无法正常交流的患者； 3.合并其他类型恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of previous thyroid surgery; 2. Patients with cognitive and psychiatric disorders and inability to communicate normally; 3. Combination of other types of malignant tumors.
