研究目的：

本研究旨在探究不同语种健康科普宣传对提高农村地区人群参与胃肠道早癌筛查意识的效果，推动实现改善地区居民对于胃肠道癌症相关知识的认知水平及胃肠道早癌筛查观念认识，明确方言健康科普宣传的效果，为推动农村地区胃肠道恶性肿瘤防控提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effects of health science popularization in different languages on enhancing the awareness of rural residents regarding participation in early-stage gastrointestinal cancer screening, promoting the improvement of the cognitive level of residents in the region regarding gastrointestinal cancer-related knowledge and their understanding of the concept of early-stage gastrointestinal cancer screening, clarifying the effects of dialect-based health science popularization, and providing scientific basis for promoting the prevention and control of gastrointestinal malignancies in rural areas.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄40岁及以上； （2）在调查之前12个月在该地区居住满6个月及以上； （3）基线无恶性肿瘤病史； （4）随访期间（至少1年内）无搬迁计划； （5）经知情同意自愿加入本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 40 years and above; (2) Have resided in the region for at least 6 months before the survey; (3) Have no history of malignant tumors at baseline; (4) Have no relocation plans during the follow-up period (at least 1 year); (5) Voluntarily join this study with informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）不包括居住在功能区中的居民，包括军队、医院、监狱等； （2）无法正常交流或拒绝参与者； （3）基线有恶性肿瘤病史；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Residents living in the functional area are excluded, including those in military units, hospitals, prisons, etc.; (2) Participants who are unable to communicate normally or refuse to participate; (3) Have a history of malignant tumors at baseline.
