基于眼生物参数及深度学习构建预测模型，以研究儿童青少年屈光度的进展。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a predictive model based on ocular biometric parameters and deep learning for studying the progression of refractive errors in children and adolescents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.5-18岁的儿童青少年；2.能够配合完成验光检查；3.能够配合完成生物测量检查；4.可以接收长期随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children and adolescents aged 5 to 18 years; 2.Ability to cooperate with refractive error testing; 3.Ability to cooperate with biometry measurements; 4 Willingness to participate in long-term follow-up.

排除标准：

排除标准：1.配戴近视防控眼镜和/或接受近视防控干预措施；2.有眼前后节器质性病变；3.有影响配合检查的全身病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: 1. Use of myopia control glasses and/or participation in myopia control interventions; 2.Presence of organic diseases in the anterior or posterior segments of the eye; 3. Systemic diseases that may interfere with cooperation during examinations; 4.History of refractive surgery or specific refractive abnormalities (e.g., high myopia, astigmatism).

在山西省眼科医院行眼部生物测量和验光检查后数据会记录于电脑系统，回顾性收集了电子记录，并进行整理。在文章发表后，将数据上传至“国家生物信息中心”。

In Shanxi Eye Hospital, after performing ocular biometry and optometric examinations, the data are recorded into the computer system. Retrospective collection of electronic records was conducted, followed by data organization. After publication, the dataset will be submitted to the China National center for Bioinformation.
