研究目的：

明确黄葵胶囊治疗不可切除肝细胞癌经分子靶向治疗所致蛋白尿的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

?To clarify the clinical efficacy of Huangkui Capsule in treating proteinuria induced by molecular targeted therapy in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 18岁-85岁患者(男女不限); 2 病理确诊为肝细胞癌或经原发性肝癌诊疗指南临床证实为肝细胞癌; 3 Child-Pugh评分A~B级; 4 ECOG 评分0~1分; 5 无法行根治性切除治疗; 6 接受分子靶向治疗; 7 合并靶向治疗相关蛋白尿，应用黄葵胶囊或其他药物治疗; 8 具备完整的临床随访信息、实验室检查数据以及生存信息。

Inclusion criteria

?1. Aged 18-85 years? (regardless of gender). 2. Pathologically confirmed HCC or HCC diagnosed according to the European association for the study of the liver. 3?. Child-Pugh class A to B?. ?4. ECOG performance status 0-1?. ?5. Unresectable. ?6. Received molecular targeted therapy?. ?7. Presented with targeted-therapy-related proteinuria? treated with Huangkui Capsule or other medications. ?8. Complete datasets? including clinical follow-up records, laboratory tests, and survival data.

排除标准：

1 合并除肝细胞癌外的其他恶性肿瘤或具有其他恶性肿瘤病史; 2 合并非靶向治疗相关蛋白尿或肾脏疾病; 3 临床病历记录缺乏。

Exclusion criteria：

?1. Concomitant malignancies other than hepatocellular carcinoma or history of other malignant tumors?. ?2. Proteinuria unrelated to targeted therapy or pre-existing renal diseases?. ?3. Incomplete medical records.
