研究目的：

本研究拟实现以下研究目的： （1）阐明不同类型发育障碍儿童的皮肤烟酸反应特征； （2）揭示影响特殊儿童的皮肤烟酸反应的因素，如临床症状、膳食结构等； （3）明确皮肤烟酸反应对于特殊儿童中特定亚组（如某种因素导致的残疾）的筛查或预警作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to achieve the following objectives: (1) To clarify the characteristics of niacin skin flushing responses in children with different types of developmental disorders; (2) To identify factors influencing niacin skin flushing responses in special needs children, such as clinical symptoms and dietary patterns; (3) To determine the potential of niacin skin flushing responses for screening or early warning of specific subgroups (e.g., disability caused by certain factors) among special needs children.

纳入标准：

特殊儿童入选标准： 1.有明确的临床诊疗记录和诊断结果； 2.年龄在4岁及以上； 3.性别不限。 典型发育儿童入选标准： 1.经医生评估符合典型发育儿童特征； 2.年龄在4岁及以上； 3.性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria for Children with Special Needs: 1. Have clear clinical diagnosis and treatment records and diagnostic results; 2. Aged 4 years and above; 3. There is no restriction on gender. Inclusion Criteria for Children with Typical Development: 1. Assessed by a doctor to meet the characteristics of a typical developmental child; 2. Aged 4 years and above; 3. There is no restriction on gender.

排除标准：

1.排除对医用胶布严重过敏者； 2.排除患有严重皮肤疾病者； 3.排除患有严重免疫系统疾病者，如红斑狼疮患者； 4.其他不愿意配合受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude those who are seriously allergic to medical adhesive tape; 2. Exclude people with serious skin diseases; 3. Exclude people with severe immune system diseases, such as patients with lupus erythematosus; 4. Other subjects who are unwilling to cooperate.
