研究目的：

1.在成都市区内采取同伴推动抽样方法招募并维持1600人的MSM人群固定队列，入组要求为HIV阴性，通过随机分配设置干预-对照组，干预组和对照组分别设置800人； 2.对照组在入组时和入组后第6个月进行一次问卷调查和HIV检测，通过调查问卷了解其社会人口学、自我认同、HIV相关知识态度、性行为、检测意识、暴露前后预防用药使用意识现状等；此外不提供固定频率的干预，通过HIV检测获得新发感染情况； 3.为干预组提供每月一次的标准化线上干预服务，促进建立安全性行为、使用暴露前后预防用药和定期检测意识，也在入组基线和第6个月时分别开展一次问卷调查和检测，方式同对照组； 4.通过干预组与对照组新发感染率的比值计算相对危险度，结合调查问卷结果分析影响MSM人群新发感染的危险因素，并通过两组比较行为变化评估干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. A fixed cohort of 1,600 MSM was recruited and maintained in Chengdu by peer-driven sampling, with HIV-negative requirements for enrollment, and an intervention-control group set up by random assignment, with 800 people in the intervention group and 800 in the control group; 2. the control group will be given a questionnaire and HIV test at the time of enrollment and at the 6th month after enrollment, and the questionnaire will be used to find out their socio-demographics, self-identification, attitudes towards HIV-related knowledge, sexual behaviors, awareness of testing, and awareness of prophylactic use before and after exposure; in addition to not providing a fixed frequency of the intervention, and obtaining the status of new infections through HIV testing; 3. Provide the intervention group with a standardized online intervention service once a month to promote the establishment of safe sex practices, use of pre- and post-exposure prophylaxis, and awareness of regular testing, and also conduct a questionnaire and test at baseline and month 6 of enrollment, respectively, in the same manner as the control group; 4. Calculate the relative risk through the ratio of the rate of new infections in the intervention group to that of the control group, analyze the risk factors affecting new infections in the MSM population in conjunction with the results of the questionnaire, and assess the effect of the intervention by comparing the behavioral changes between the two groups.

Inclusion criteria

1. Be at least 18 years old 2. Be of male biological sex 3. Have had penetrative sex (including anal and oral sex) with men in the past 4. Live in Chengdu or have regular MSM social activities in Chengdu 5. Have a negative or unknown HIV test result, or have not been tested for HIV in the past.

（1）每月一次发布艾滋病防治相关的信息推文，内容涉及：艾滋病流行形势、感染风险因素和行为风险情况、安全性行为技能、暴露前后预防用药使用、HIV定期检测的必要性等推文，由种子志愿者对队列成员进行转发和阅读提醒；（2）利用互联网小程序等工具发起感染风险评估、检测习惯、检测频率、暴露前后预防用药使用意愿和习惯等测评和小调查活动，由种子志愿者负责转发和推动参与。（3）每季度向队列成员进行一次HIV检测提醒，并通过在线预约、提供一对一现场检测和邮寄免费自检包等多种形式帮助其完成HIV检测。（4）为队列成员寄送免费安全套、润滑剂。

(1) Once a month, tweets of information related to HIV prevention and treatment are issued, covering: the situation of the AIDS epidemic, risk factors for infection and behavioral risks, safe sex skills, the use of preventive medication before and after exposure, and the necessity of regular HIV testing, etc. Tweets are retweeted by the seed volunteers and read by the cohort members as a reminder.(2) Utilize tools such as internet applets to launch assessment and mini-survey activities on infection risk assessment, testing habits, testing frequency, willingness to use prophylactic medication before and after exposure, etc., with seed volunteers responsible for forwarding and promoting participation.(3) Provide quarterly HIV testing reminders to cohort members and assist them in completing their HIV testing in a variety of ways, such as scheduling appointments online, providing one-on-one on-site testing, and mailing free self-test kits.(4) Send free condoms and lubricants to queue members.

本研究使用“问卷星”平台（www.wjx.cn）设计电子病例报告表（CRF），受试者通过手机端或电脑端填写。问卷星平台具备填写逻辑限制与数据完整性校验功能，保障数据质量。 研究数据将通过问卷星平台导出至Excel表格，研究人员负责数据清理、核查和管理，所有数据保存在加密计算机中，限定专人管理，确保数据安全。研究未使用独立的电子数据采集和管理系统（EDC），数据分析将使用Excel及SPSS软件进行。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study, an electronic case report form (CRF) was designed using the Questionnaire Star platform (www.wjx.cn), and was filled out by subjects on their cell phones or computers. The platform is equipped with logical restrictions and data integrity checking functions to ensure data quality. The study data will be exported to an Excel table through the Questionnaire Star platform, and the researchers will be responsible for data cleaning, verification and management. All the data will be stored in an encrypted computer and limited to a person to manage to ensure data security. The study does not use an independent electronic data collection and management system (EDC), and data analysis will be conducted using Excel and SPSS software.
