研究目的：

1.以正常人以及感觉神经挤压根性综合征患者(BSNS)为研究对象，采集正常人以及BSNS患者不同疼痛状态的基于EEG的疼痛生物标记物。 2.予以BSNS患者微创神经调控技术-背根神经节（ Dorsal root ganglia；DRG）电刺激治疗方案，用DRG电刺激治疗，收集数据，进行EEG数据记录及相关性分析。 3.通过临床EEG数据采集、相关性分析等，为下一步构建DRG电刺激治疗BSNS的闭环系统框架、临床应用提供理论支持 。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Take healthy controls and patients with Battered Sensory Nerve (root or dorsal root ganglia) Syndrome (BSNS) as the research subjects, collect the EEG of healthy controls and BSNS patients with different pain states. 2. A minimally invasive neuroregulation technique - dorsal root ganglia (DRG) electrical stimulation treatment plan will be provided for BSNS patients. EEG before and after DRG electrical stimulation treatment will be collected, and correlation analysis will be conducted. 3. Through clinical EEG data collection, correlation analysis, etc., theoretical support will be provided for the next step of constructing a closed-loop system framework for DRG electrical stimulation treatment of BSNS and clinical application.

纳入标准：

1.BSNS组：（1）具有腰腿部疼痛，明确诊断为BSNS患者；（2）年龄在18-80岁之间；（3）发病时间>3个月；（4）自愿参与本项研究，可以接受疼痛评估、病例资料收集及EEG记录。 2.健康对照：（1）年龄在18-80岁之间；（2）自愿参与本项研究，可以接受疼痛评估、病例资料收集及EEG记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. BSNS: (1) Patients with lower extremity pain and a clear diagnosis of BSNS;(2) Age ranging from 18 to 80 years old; (3) Onset time > 3 months; (4) Voluntary participation in this study and willing to accept pain assessment, case data collection and EEG recording. 2. Healthy controls:(1) Age range from 18 to 80 years old; (2)Voluntary participation in this research, and willing to undergo pain assessment, case data collection and EEG recording.

排除标准：

1.具有精神疾病或认知功能障碍；2.患有其他长期慢性疼痛疾病；3.无法独立完成疼痛评估。4.头皮感染或者破损。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Suffering from other long-term chronic pain disorders; 3. Unable to independently complete pain assessment. 4. Scalp infection or damage.
