研究目的：

1.明确抗细胞衰老治疗（AAD）可延缓 2 型糖尿病足细胞衰老状况； 2.探索 AAD 治疗改善 2 型糖尿病足溃疡愈合的重要作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. It is clear that anti-cellular senescence therapy (AAD) can delay the aging of type 2 diabetic podocytes; 2. To explore the important role of AAD treatment in improving type 2 diabetic foot ulcer healing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2型糖尿病足下肢溃疡患者；

Inclusion criteria

Patients with lower limb ulcers due to type 2 diabetic foot.

排除标准：

1.合并糖尿病急性并发症； 2.严重肝肾功能不全及心功能不全者； 3.合并呼吸道、消化道、泌尿系严重感染者； 4.妊娠、哺乳及妊娠计划患者； 5.1型糖尿病及特殊类型糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with concurrent acute diabetic complications;
2.Those with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and cardiac insufficiency;
3.Those with severe infections in the respiratory tract, digestive tract, and urinary system;
4.Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant;
5.Patients with type 1 diabetes and special types of diabetes.
