通过本研究，我们预期能够明确妊娠期及产褥期合并症并发症的主要病因和预测指标，为临床早期诊断和干预提供科学依据，优化围产期管理，提高孕产妇和新生儿的健康水平。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, we anticipate identifying the primary causes and predictive indicators of complications during pregnancy and the postpartum period. This will provide scientific evidence for early clinical diagnosis and intervention, optimize perinatal management, and improve the health outcomes of both mothers and newborns.

纳入标准：

1.在上海市第六人民医院建卡并完成分娩的孕妇。 2.完整的妊娠期及产褥期医疗记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women who registered and delivered at Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital. 2. Complete medical records for both the pregnancy and postpartum periods.

排除标准：

1.未在上海市第六人民医院建卡或未在我院分娩的孕妇。 2.医疗记录不完整或无法获取的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women who did not register or deliver at Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital. 2. Cases with incomplete or inaccessible medical records.
