研究目的：

1. 评估巩膜外冷冻空气视网膜固定术对原发性孔源性视网膜脱离患者的视网膜复位率及术后视功能恢复情况。 2. 比较该术式与传统巩膜扣带术在复位效果、术后并发症及患者舒适度上的差异。 3. 探讨冷冻封闭裂孔的最佳参数及空气填充体积的适宜范围。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the retinal reattachment rate and postoperative visual function recovery in patients with primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment treated with external scleral cryopexy combined with air tamponade. 2. Compare the effectiveness of this procedure with traditional scleral buckling in terms of reattachment success, postoperative complications, and patient comfort. 3. Investigate the optimal parameters for cryopexy in sealing retinal breaks and the appropriate range of air tamponade volume.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为原发性孔源性视网膜脱离。 ? 2.裂孔位置明确，范围≤2象限。 ? 3.黄斑未脱离或脱离时间≤1周。 ? 4.年龄 18-70岁，能够配合手术及随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary rheogenous retinal detachment was diagnosed. 2. The hole position is clear, and the range is <=2 quadrants. 3. The macula has not been detached or has been detached for less than 1 week. 4. Aged 18-70 years old, able to cooperate with surgery and follow-up.

排除标准：

1.其他原因引起的视网膜脱离（如牵拉性、渗出性）。 ? 2.既往眼内手术史或严重眼部疾病（如增生性玻璃体视网膜病变）。 ? 3.合并严重全身性疾病或术中禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Retinal detachment caused by other reasons (such as traction, exudation). 2. A history of intraocular surgery or serious eye disease (such as proliferative vitreoretinopathy). 3. Complicated with serious systemic disease or intraoperative contraindications.
