研究目的：

研究主要标是调查音乐干预对接受胃肠道恶性肿瘤手术患者QoR-15得分的影响。研究次要目标是探究音乐干预对接受胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者焦虑水平、术后疼痛、术后躁动、术后谵妄发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of the study is to investigate the influence of music intervention on the QoR-15 score of patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal malignancies. The secondary objective of the study is to explore the influence of music intervention on the anxiety level, postoperative pain, postoperative restlessness and the incidence of postoperative delirium in patients with gastrointestinal malignancies.

纳入标准：

①　年龄≥18岁 ②　拟行择期胃肠道恶性肿瘤手术 ③　签署知情同意书 ④　 ASA分级I-III

Inclusion criteria

1 Age >= 18 years old 2 Scheduled elective surgery for gastrointestinal malignant tumors is planned 3 Sign the informed consent form 4 ASA Classification I-III

排除标准：

①　术前由于语言困难和其他原因缺乏合作 ②　术前存在谵妄等精神障碍 ③　听力障碍 ④　精神疾病史 ⑤　镇静药、抗抑郁药物史,酗酒及吸毒史

Exclusion criteria：

1 Before the operation, there was a lack of cooperation due to language difficulties and other reasons 2 There were mental disorders such as delirium before the operation 3 Hearing impairment 4 History of mental illness 5 History of sedatives, antidepressants, alcohol abuse and drug abuse
