研究目的：

本研究致力于探索术前无创诊断HCC微血管浸润的新型影像学方法，通过测量肿瘤内及部及周围1cm肝实质的弹力值及ADC值，探索MRE联合DWI对HCC合并MVI的术前预测价值，旨在为其诊治提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore a new non-invasive imaging method for preoperative diagnosis of microvascular invasion in HCC. By measuring the elasticity values and ADC values of the liver parenchyma within and around the tumor as well as 1 cm away from the tumor, it aims to explore the preoperative predictive value of MRE combined with DWI for HCC with MVI, with the intention of providing a reference for its diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

1.术后病理证实为肝细胞癌； 2.不合并全身其它肿瘤； 3.肝脏未合并急性炎症；

Inclusion criteria

1. The postoperative pathology confirmed it to be hepatocellular carcinoma;
2. There were no other tumors throughout the body;
3. The liver did not have any acute inflammation.

排除标准：

1.合并全身其它肿瘤； 2.肝脏合并急性炎症； 3.资料不全； 4.图像质量不佳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Merge other tumors throughout the body;
2. Liver with acute inflammation;
3. Insufficient data;
4. Poor image quality.
