研究目的:

针对人体睡眠剥夺及其调控的认知神经和生化免疫机制尚不完全清楚,本项目旨在使用核磁同步脑电、电生理、生化免疫技术与复杂脑网络分析、多模态融合深度学习的方法,挖掘rTMS调控睡眠剥夺的认知、神经、免疫特征,探究rTMS调控睡眠剥夺的靶点、效果及认知神经和生化免疫机制。  

Objectives of Study:

In view of the fact that the cognitive neural and biochemical immune mechanisms of human sleep deprivation and its regulation are not fully understood, this project aims to explore the cognitive, neurological and immune characteristics of rTMS in regulating sleep deprivation, and explore the targets and effects of rTMS in regulating sleep deprivation, as well as the cognitive neural and biochemical immune mechanisms of rTMS in regulating sleep deprivation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.健康男性大学生 150 例年龄在 18-25 岁之间,男生,右利手,近视<=400度(散光<=200 度); 2.自愿参与本研究; 3.自愿参与实验并合作,本人或家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. 150 healthy male college students aged 18-25 years, male, right-handed, myopic <=400 degrees (astigmatism<=200 degrees); 2. Voluntary participation in this study; 3. Voluntarily participate in the experiment and cooperate, and the person or family members have informed consent.

排除标准:

1.失眠等睡眠障碍,无心血管疾病,无咖啡、浓茶等饮品依赖; 2.头部创伤史; 3.幽闭恐惧,体内有金属或电子植入物,金属假体(如假牙).

Exclusion criteria:

1. Insomnia and other sleep disorders, no cardiovascular disease, no dependence on coffee, strong tea and other drinks; 2. History of head trauma; 3. Claustrophobia, metal or electronic implants in the body, metal prostheses (such as dentures).

完全随机,给报名的人群编号后,由独立统计人员(未参与实验设计)使用MATLAB软件使用randperm函数随机生成分组,分组序列由第三方保管直至干预开始。

Completely random; After enrollment was numbered, randomization was generated by an independent statistician (who was not involved in the design of the trial) with the use of the randperm function with the use of MATLAB software, with the assignment sequence held third-party until the start of the intervention.
