研究目的：

以孤独症儿童父母养育倦怠为具体研究方面，在针对孤独症儿童及其家庭的特殊需求、以正念养育为基础，通过与孤独症儿童父母深度访谈、专家函询制定适合孤独症儿童父母缓解养育倦怠的有效干预方案。完成以下几个研究目的: （1）对孤独症儿童父母进行质性访谈，深入了解他们的养育体验和实际需求，探讨导致其养育倦怠的因素；通过文献质量评价、专家函询法构建适合孤独症儿童父母的正念养育方案，以缓解养育倦怠； （2）评价孤独症儿童父母缓解养育倦怠正念干预的初步效果，为今后开展此类人群的正念养育干预措施提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

With the parenting burnout of parents of children with autism as the specific research area, based on the special needs of children with autism and their families and on the basis of mindful parenting, an effective intervention program suitable for parents of children with autism to relieve parenting burnout is developed through in - depth interviews with parents of children with autism and expert consultation. The following research objectives are to be achieved: (1) Conduct qualitative interviews with parents of children with autism to gain an in - depth understanding of their parenting experiences and actual needs, and explore the factors leading to their parenting burnout; construct a mindful parenting program suitable for parents of children with autism through literature quality evaluation and the expert consultation method to relieve parenting burnout; (2) Evaluate the preliminary effect of mindful intervention for parents of children with autism to relieve parenting burnout, and provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of mindful parenting intervention measures for this group in the future.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）子女诊断：子女符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第五版）》（DSM-5）中所规定的孤独症诊断标准，被明确诊断为孤独症谱系障碍（ASD），且子女年龄在1～14岁； （2）父母条件：患儿的父亲或母亲同时是患儿的主要照顾者（与患儿共同居住，负责照顾患儿的主要任务），且拥有并能熟练使用智能设备，以便于参与可能涉及电子设备的正念养育干预课程； （3）沟通能力：父母无语言沟通障碍，能正常交流，确保他们能够理解研究程序并提供必要的反馈。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Child diagnosis: The child meets the diagnostic criteria for autism stipulated in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fifth Edition) (DSM - 5), and is clearly diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Additionally, the child's age ranges from 1 to 14 years old; (2) Parental conditions: The father or mother of the child is also the main caregiver (living with the child and being responsible for the main tasks of taking care of the child), and they own and can skillfully use smart devices, so as to participate in the mindful parenting intervention courses that may involve electronic devices; (3) Communication ability: The parents have no language communication disorders and can communicate normally, ensuring that they can understand the research procedures and provide necessary feedback.

（1）其他干预：如果父母正在参与其他的心理干预或治疗项目，可能需要被排除，以避免干预效果的混淆。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other interventions: If parents are participating in other psychological intervention or treatment programs, they may need to be excluded to avoid confounding the intervention effects.
