研究目的：

采集腹壁整形术后皮肤废弃组织，取增生性瘢痕组织对比正常皮肤组织进行单细胞测序研究，明确增生性瘢痕中异常表达的piRNA，选取其中一个作为研究靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect discarded skin tissue after abdominal wall plastic surgery, compare hypertrophic scar tissue with normal skin tissue for single-cell sequencing research, identify the abnormal expression of piRNA in hypertrophic scars, and select one as the research target.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.剖腹产后增生性瘢痕患者，符合POSAS瘢痕评估分类标准； 2.2025-2028年于我院行腹壁整形术； 3.20-40岁，性别不限； 4.未曾行瘢痕针注射治疗以及其他药物治疗； 5.瘢痕局限于原损伤部位，可有瘙痒感和压痛。

Inclusion criteria

1.Postpartum hypertrophic scar patients who meet the POSAS scar assessment classification criteria; 2.Perform abdominal wall plastic surgery in shanghai ninth people's hospital from 2025 to 2028; 3.20-40 years old, gender not limited; 4.No scar needle injection therapy or other medication treatment has been performed; 5.Scarring is localized to the original site of injury and may be itchy and tender.

排除标准：

1.瘢痕疙瘩患者； 2.瘢痕癌患者； 3.增生性瘢痕非手术治疗患者； 4.孕期或哺乳期患者； 5.参加其他临床研究患者； 6.认知或行为问题。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Keloid patients; 2.Scar cancer patients; 3.Non surgical treatment of hypertrophic scars in patients; 4.Pregnant or lactating patients; 5.Participate in other clinical research patients; 6.Cognitive or behavioral problems.
