研究目的:

采集腹壁整形术后皮肤废弃组织,取增生性瘢痕组织对比正常皮肤组织进行单细胞测序研究,明确增生性瘢痕中异常表达的piRNA,选取其中一个作为研究靶点。  

Objectives of Study:

Collect discarded skin tissue after abdominal wall plastic surgery, compare hypertrophic scar tissue with normal skin tissue for single-cell sequencing research, identify the abnormal expression of piRNA in hypertrophic scars, and select one as the research target.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.剖腹产后增生性瘢痕患者,符合POSAS瘢痕评估分类标准; 2.2025-2028年于我院行腹壁整形术; 3.20-40岁,性别不限; 4.未曾行瘢痕针注射治疗以及其他药物治疗; 5.瘢痕局限于原损伤部位,可有瘙痒感和压痛。

Inclusion criteria

1.Postpartum hypertrophic scar patients who meet the POSAS scar assessment classification criteria; 2.Perform abdominal wall plastic surgery in shanghai ninth people's hospital from 2025 to 2028; 3.20-40 years old, gender not limited; 4.No scar needle injection therapy or other medication treatment has been performed; 5.Scarring is localized to the original site of injury and may be itchy and tender.

排除标准:

1.瘢痕疙瘩患者; 2.瘢痕癌患者; 3.增生性瘢痕非手术治疗患者; 4.孕期或哺乳期患者; 5.参加其他临床研究患者; 6.认知或行为问题。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Keloid patients; 2.Scar cancer patients; 3.Non surgical treatment of hypertrophic scars in patients; 4.Pregnant or lactating patients; 5.Participate in other clinical research patients; 6.Cognitive or behavioral problems.
