研究目的:

本项目针对现有的脑电信号数据存在过拟合现象和数据失真问题,GAN在训练过程中容易出现不稳定的问题,生成器和判别器之间的动态平衡很难捕捉,导致训练过程中经常出现振荡或崩溃的情况,而无法达到理想的生成效果。项目以脑卒中患者为研究对象,开展基于GAN的脑信号生成方法研究。通过充分利用现有图像,生成具有高度真实感和细节的缺失模态图像。  

Objectives of Study:

In view of the overfitting phenomenon and data distortion of the existing EEG signal data, the GAN is prone to instability in the training process, and the dynamic balance between the generator and the discriminator is difficult to capture, resulting in frequent oscillation or collapse during the training process, and the ideal generation effect cannot be achieved. The project takes stroke patients as the research object to carry out research on GAN-based brain signal generation methods. By making the most of existing images, a missing modal image with a high degree of realism and detail is generated.

纳入标准:

1.均符合经过头颅 CT 或 MRI 检查,并符合中国脑卒中防治报告 2021所提出的脑卒中诊断标准; 2.18 岁<年龄≤80 岁; 3.脑卒中所致手功能障碍; 4.偏瘫侧中、重度手功能障碍(2 级≤ Brunnstrom 分期 ≤ 4 级); 5.认知可以配合本研究,简易智力状态检查量表 (MMSE)>17 分; 6.患者或家属清楚并了解本次研究内容、可能存在的风险及相关风险处理,自愿参加的同时并签署《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

1. All of them met the diagnostic criteria for stroke proposed by the Chinese Stroke Prevention and Control Report 2021 after brain CT or MRI examination; 2. 18 years old < age <= 80 years old; 3. hand dysfunction caused by stroke; 4. moderate and severe hand dysfunction on the hemiplegic side (grade 2≤ Brunnstrom stage ≤ grade 4); 5. Cognition can be cooperated with this study, and the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) > 17 points; 6. Patients or their families should clearly understand the content of this study, possible risks and related risk treatment, and sign the "Informed Consent Form" while voluntarily participating.

排除标准:

1.意识不清、存在精神障碍或有酗酒史者; 2.生命体征不稳定,重要脏器功能衰竭或病情危重; 3.为其他原因造成的手功能障碍; 4.生命体征不平稳或合并其它严重肺、肝、心、肾等疾病; 5.卒中前即存在上肢或手部骨折等可能影响手功能的基础疾病; 6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女; 7.患者或其家属不配合等其他无法配合治疗和评估的情况; 8.研究者判断不适宜参加本试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those who are unconscious, have mental disorders or have a history of alcoholism; 2. Unstable vital signs, failure of vital organs or critical condition; 3. Hand dysfunction caused by other causes; 4. Unstable vital signs or other serious lung, liver, heart, kidney and other diseases; 5. Presence of underlying diseases such as upper limb or hand fractures that may affect hand function before stroke; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. If the patient or his/her family member does not cooperate with the treatment or evaluation, or is otherwise unable to cooperate with the treatment; 8. Patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this trial.
