研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过气道超声评估技术，探讨其在预测成人经典喉罩置入困难的应用价值。评价超声测量气道参数预测成人经典喉罩置入困难的准确性，旨在提前识别经典喉罩置入困难，优化麻醉气道管理流程，减少术中低氧血症等并发症的发生，提高麻醉安全性和患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the utility of airway ultrasound assessment in predicting difficult insertion of the Classic Laryngeal Mask Airway (cLMA) in adults. By analyzing the accuracy of ultrasound-measured airway parameters for anticipating cLMA insertion difficulties, we seek to enable early identification of challenging cases, optimize anesthetic airway management protocols, reduce perioperative complications such as hypoxemia, and ultimately enhance anesthetic safety and patient outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 需在喉罩全麻下行择期手术的患者； 2: 年龄≥18岁； 3: 性别不限； 4: ASA1~3级； 5: 无口腔颌面部及上呼吸道疾病； 6: 患者自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1: Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway (LMA); 2: Age >=18 years; 3: No gender restriction; 4: ASA physical status I-III; 5: Absence of orofacial or upper airway disorders; 6: Voluntary participation with written informed consent obtained.

排除标准：

1: 喉罩使用禁忌患者； 2: 侧卧位及俯卧位体位手术； 3: 颈椎活动受限不能后仰者； 4: 研究者认为不适合进行观察的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients with contraindications to Laryngeal Mask Airway (LMA) use; 2: Surgeries requiring lateral or prone positioning; 3: Limited cervical spine mobility preventing neck extension; 4: Other conditions deemed unsuitable for observation by investigators.
