研究目的：

射频治疗带状疱疹后神经痛属于一种较为先进的微创介入治疗方法。针对疼痛程度较强的带状疱疹后神经痛患者具有较好的疗效，一定程度上可以较少对口服药物的依赖或者避免长期口服药物带来的副作用。但是射频术中患者疼痛程度较强，为了提升治疗效果同时减轻患者术中不适及不良反应。我们采用在镇痛镇静药物作用下开展射频手术，既达到治疗效果又提升患者的治疗体验。  

Objectives of Study：

Radiofrequency treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is an advanced minimally invasive interventional treatment. It has a good effect on patients with postherpetic neuralgia with strong pain, and can reduce the dependence on oral drugs or avoid the side effects caused by long-term oral drugs to a certain extent. However, the pain of patients during radiofrequency surgery is strong. In order to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the discomfort and adverse reactions of patients during the operation, Radiofrequency surgery was carried out under the action of analgesic and sedative drugs to achieve the therapeutic effect and improve the treatment experience of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患带状疱疹痊愈后，疼痛持续超过 1 个月； 2.年龄>18 岁； 3.疼痛程度 VAS 评分>=5； 4.口服普瑞巴林类或阿片类药物疼痛控制不佳。 5.自愿意接受射频手术治疗、临床随访并如实提供信息。

Inclusion criteria

1. After healing from shingles, the pain persists for more than 1 month; 2. Age> 18 years; 3. Pain level VAS score >=5; 4. Poor pain control with oral pregabalin or opioids. 5. Willing to undergo radiofrequency surgical treatment, clinical follow-up and truthful information.

排除标准：

1.体内有心脏起搏器； 2.合并严重慢性疾病致身体状况极差者，如肝硬化晚期、癌症广泛转移等衰弱患者； 3.出凝血异常； 4.体内感染； 5.孕期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a pacemaker in the body; 2. Patients with severe chronic diseases that cause extremely poor physical condition, such as debilitating patients with advanced liver cirrhosis and extensive metastasis of cancer; 3. Coagulation abnormalities; 4. Infection in the body; 5. Pregnant women.
