研究目的：

揭示马拉松跑者在运动和心肺系统损伤风险中的高危相关因素，建立个性化的运动和心肺功能评估体系，持续监测跑者的运动状态和心肺功能，并提供科学的指导和建议。同时，该研究将推动马拉松运动医学的规范化发展，建立运动和心肺功能的评估与健康管理体系。在长期研究中，项目将进一步扩展和完善队列内容，构建运动与心肺功能的风险评估和预测模型，提高马拉松跑者的主动健康管理水平。  

Objectives of Study：

To reveal the high-risk factors of marathon runners in the risk of exercise and cardiopulmonary system injury, establish a personalized exercise and cardiopulmonary function evaluation system, continuously monitor the exercise status and cardiopulmonary function of runners, and provide scientific guidance and suggestions. At the same time, the study will promote the standardized development of marathon sports medicine and establish an assessment and health management system for exercise and cardiopulmonary function. In the long-term study, the project will further expand and improve the cohort content, construct risk assessment and prediction models for exercise and cardiopulmonary function, and improve the level of active health management of marathon runners.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Motor function;the training habits and intensity of the runners; Cardiopulmonary function; Imaging assessment; Venous blood was collected 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 18 岁至 60 岁之间，在北京工作和生活的人群，性别不限；
2.对马拉松运动有浓厚兴趣，正在或计划参加马拉松训练与比赛，并进行定期训练；
3.自愿参加研究，愿意定期接受随访与相关检查，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.People of both sexes, aged between 18 and 60, working and living in Beijing;
2.Have a strong interest in marathon, are or plan to participate in marathon training and competition, and conduct regular training;
3.They volunteered to participate in the study, were willing to receive regular follow-up and related examinations, and signed informed consent;

排除标准：

1. 存在严重的心脏、 肺部或其他系统性疾病、 占位性病变以及影响各种功能活动表现的神经系统疾病， 导致无法跑步或具有极高风险的个体。 2. 心肺运动试验提示运动中心肌缺血、 严重心律失常等异常心血管反应。 3. 怀孕或哺乳期女性。 4. 拒绝签署知情同意书或不愿接受长期随访与评估的个体。 5. 植入可能与磁场相互作用的金属或生物装置的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe cardiac, pulmonary, or other systemic diseases, space-occupying lesions, and neurological disorders that affect the performance of various functional activities, resulting in inability to run or at an extremely high risk. 2. Cardiopulmonary exercise test showed abnormal cardiovascular reactions such as motor center muscle ischemia and severe arrhythmia. 3. Pregnant or lactating females. 4. Individuals who refuse to sign the informed consent form or are unwilling to undergo long-term follow-up and evaluation. 5. Subjects implanted with metal or biological devices that may interact with magnetic fields.
