研究目的：

建立我国CCHD围术期与院外心脏康复管理及标准化策略，制定中国CCHD全生命周期心脏康复指南  

Objectives of Study：

Establish the perioperative and out-of-hospital cardiac rehabilitation management and standardization strategies for CCHD in China, and formulate the cardiac rehabilitation guidelines for the entire life cycle of CCHD in China

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①足月出生；②出生体重正常；③I期双室根治④自愿参与本项研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 Full-term birth 2 Normal birth weight; 3 Two-chamber radical treatment in stage I 4 Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①产前窒息、抢救史；②患有其他全身性重大疾病或严重多发畸形或重大染色体疾病；③严重的发育迟缓或智力迟钝的患儿；④需要近期需要手术的患者；⑤术后心肺复苏史；⑥其他不适合心脏康复的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 History of prenatal asphyxia and rescue; 2 Suffering from other major systemic diseases or severe multiple malformations or major chromosomal diseases; 3 Children with severe developmental delay or mental retardation; 4 Patients who need surgery in the near future; 5 History of postoperative cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 6 Other patients who are not suitable for cardiac rehabilitation.
