研究目的：

比较+1q NDMM预后分层个体化分层治疗低/中危及高危患者MRD转阴率和持续MRD阴性率。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare MRD negativity rate and sustained MRD negativity rate between low/intermediate- and high-risk +1q NDMM patients undergoing risk-adapted individualized treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄>=18岁及国际骨髓瘤工作组衰弱指数（IMWG-FI）中等健康的或健康的>=65岁NDMM，性别不限； 2、根据2014年IMWG多发性骨髓瘤诊断标准确诊为多发性骨髓瘤，且为+1q NDMM，并能够预后分层； 3、脏器功能储备能够耐受全身治疗； 4、同意参加本临床研究，并签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

- Age ≥18, or ≥65 and fit according to IMWG-FI. - Newly diagnosed +1q NDMM by 2014 IMWG criteria. - Adequate organ function for systemic therapy. - Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1、存在需要全身性抗感染治疗的活动性全身性病毒、真菌或细菌性感染； 2、不稳定型心绞痛或纽约心脏协会心功能III级或IV级充血性心力衰竭或未受到控制的恶性心律失常； 3、既往有血液肿瘤或实体瘤病史行放化疗的患者（除外>=5年）; 4、目前存在血液肿瘤或实体瘤，需要放化疗的患者； 5、不同意参加本临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

- Active infections requiring systemic treatment. - Unstable angina, NYHA class III–IV heart failure, or uncontrolled arrhythmias. - History of hematologic or solid tumors treated with chemo/radiotherapy within 5 years. - Current malignancies requiring therapy. - Refusal to participate.
