研究目的：

本研究拟通过针对不同年龄女性面部菌群的一项随机平行对照临床试验。将相同皮肤年龄（VISIA检测出的年龄），不同实际年龄的女性面部皮肤菌群进行比较，探讨二者的特征、结构、功能及差异，并联系激素分泌水平，共同探究影响面部皮肤菌群的因素，并为研究激素与菌群对面部皮肤状态的调节上具有怎样的交互作用提供理论依据。通过低聚木糖直接作用于面部皮肤，研究低聚木糖干预对面部皮肤菌群及皮肤状态产生的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Proposed by this study for different age female face flora of a randomized parallel controlled clinical trial.The same skin age (age of VISIA detected), the women of different age of facial skin flora, discusses the characteristics, structure, function and difference of both, and level of hormone secretion, jointly explore the influencing factors of facial skin flora, and for the study of hormone and flora of facial skin condition on the regulation of how to provide theoretical basis for the interaction.Through the low poly xylose directly ACTS on the facial skin, the low poly xylose intervention to facial skin flora and the impact of the state of the skin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

拟从南通大学第三附属医院整形中心门诊招募并筛选皮肤年龄为36-45岁的女性180例。将这些人分成36-40岁（A组，90人）和41-45岁（B组，90人）两个组，采集面部皮肤菌群样本，进行分析，比较皮肤年龄相同而实际年龄不同的女性面部皮肤菌群的特征及差异。将受试者分为皮肤年龄＞实际年龄（1组）、皮肤年龄=实际年龄（2组）和皮肤年龄＜实际年龄（3组），采集受试者血液样本检测激素分泌水平，结合菌群分析共同评估预测结果。接下来将1组和2组挑选出来，用低聚木糖干预，研究低聚木糖对面部皮肤菌群及预测结果产生的影响。

纳入标准：

(1)年龄：36-45岁；
(2)性别：女。

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)过去一周内使用过抗生素类药物；
(2)长期使用激素类药物者；
(3)过去六个月内有面部皮肤病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Used antibiotic in the past week
(2)Use hormone drugs for a long time
(3)Medical history of facial skin in the past six months
