研究目的：

检测运动对健康个体流感疫苗免疫效应的影响，探索调控流感疫苗免疫效应的运动血浆效应因子，揭示运动调控流感疫苗免疫效应的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the effect of exercise on influenza vaccine-induced immune responses in healthy individuals, identify the key factor in exercise plasma, and unveil the underlying mechanism by which exercise regulates the immune effect of influenza vaccine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

20-44岁健康成年人，性别不限，血常规正常，无贫血，无发热及感染，无糖尿病、高血压、心脏病和哮喘等慢性疾病史。

Inclusion criteria

Healthy adults aged 20 to 44, regardless of gender, with normal complete blood cell count, no anemia, no fever or infection, and no history of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and asthma.

排除标准：

1.近期注射过疫苗或对疫苗过敏人群； 2.患有严重免疫、心血管、肝脏或代谢类疾病； 3.患有肿瘤、过敏性疾病或慢性感染人群； 4.怀孕或哺乳期人群； 5.近三个月内感染过流感病毒的人群。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who have recently been vaccinated or are allergic to vaccines; 2. Suffering from severe immune, cardiovascular, hepatic or metabolic diseases; 3. People with tumors, allergic diseases or chronic infections; 4. Pregnant or lactating people; 5. People who have been infected with influenza virus in the past three months.
