研究目的：

1、探究不同程度睡眠质量对带状疱疹患者的带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率影响。 2、探究不同程度睡眠质量带状疱疹患者的心率变异性对带状疱疹后遗神经痛预测作用。 3、探究不同程度睡眠质量对带状疱疹患者的焦虑评分（GAD-7）、抑郁评分（PHQ-9）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effect of different degrees of sleep quality on the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster. 2. To explore the role of heart rate variability in patients with herpes zoster with different degrees of sleep quality on the prediction of postherpetic neuralgia. 3. To explore the effects of different degrees of sleep quality on anxiety score (GAD-7) and depression score (PHQ-9) of patients with herpes zoster.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为HZ和带状疱疹性神经痛；2.年龄≥18岁；3.签署知情同意书，同意参与本研究并接受随访

Inclusion criteria

1.Confirmed diagnosis of HZ and herpetic neuralgia; 2.Age>=18 years old; 3.Signed informed consent, agreeing to participate in this study and undergo follow-up

排除标准：

1.已经发展为PHN的患者；2.存在风湿免疫系统疾病以及目前正在服用免疫抑制剂患者；3.快速型房性、室性心律失常，安装起搏器等导致HRV测量明显异常的患者；4.明确诊断的神经精神疾病以及存在沟通障碍患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have developed PHN;2. Patients with rheumatic immune system disorders and those currently taking immunosuppressants; 3.Patients with tachyatrial and ventricular arrhythmias, and patients with obvious abnormalities in HRV measurement due to pacemaker installation;4. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disorders and communication disorders
