研究目的：

本研究拟通过调查广西玉林市农村留守低龄儿童的患龋状况及相关影响因素，以期揭示玉林市农村低龄留守儿童的患龋现状及探讨其相关影响因素，为留守儿童龋病的预防提供相关的理论基础；通过采用风险评估工具在低龄儿童中开展口腔健康综合干预项目，包括口腔健康教育、口腔卫生指导及局部应用含氟涂料，评价局部涂氟防龋效果，探索低龄留守儿童口腔综合保健的保偿机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the caries status and related influencing factors of rural left-behind children in Yulin City, Guangxi, in order to reveal the current situation of caries and explore its related influencing factors, so as to provide a relevant theoretical basis for the prevention of caries in left-behind children. Through the use of risk assessment tools, comprehensive oral health intervention projects were carried out among young children, including oral health education, oral hygiene guidance and topical application of fluoride-containing coatings, to evaluate the effect of local fluoride application to prevent caries, and to explore the compensation mechanism of comprehensive oral health care for young left-behind children.

纳入标准：

1、所有入试者均为 3 -5周岁的学龄期农村留守儿童; 2、研究过程中配合检查的儿童; 3、留守儿童即父母家长双方或一方每年外出务工时间超过一个月，且由父母单方、祖辈或其他亲属等进行抚养照顾的儿童。

Inclusion criteria

1. All participants are rural left behind children aged 3-5 years old; 2. Children who cooperate with the examination during the research process; 3. Left behind children refer to children whose parents or one parent work outside for more than one month each year, and are raised and cared for by one parent, grandparents, or other relatives.

排除标准：

1、患有严重全身系统性疾病者； 2、无法配合调查者； 3、监护人不愿意参加该研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe systemic diseases; 2. Unable to cooperate with investigators; 3. The guardian is unwilling to participate in the study.

采用改良龋病风险评估工具学龄前儿童版进行评估，划分患龋风险后，在口腔健康教育基础上，根据不同的患龋风险，实施对应的定期局部涂氟干预及复查措施。
