本研究的总体目标是了解带状疱疹在中国的流行状况、疾病负担及其对个人和社会经济的影响。具体目标包括：第一，描述和分析中国带状疱疹的流行病学特征，包括并发症和危险因素的情况。第二，评估带状疱疹及其并发症对患者生活质量的影响，包括疼痛、抑郁、睡眠质量等方面，以提高公众对疾病影响的认识和关注。第三，量化带状疱疹对医疗系统和社会经济的负担，涉及医疗费用、生产力损失、家庭照顾成本等方面，为决策者制定有效的公共卫生政策和资源分配提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to understand the prevalence of shingles in China, the burden of disease, and its impact on individuals and the social economy. The specific objectives include: first, to describe and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of shingles in China, including complications, and associated risk factors, in order to better understand the distribution of the disease in different regions and populations. Second, to assess the impact of shingles and its complications on patients' quality of life, including pain, depression, sleep quality, etc., in order to raise public awareness and concern about the impact of the disease. Third, to quantify the burden of shingles on the healthcare system and the social economy, involving medical expenses, productivity loss, family care costs, etc., to provide a basis for policymakers to formulate effective public health policies and resource allocation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准是：1）患有带状疱疹；2）年龄40岁及以上；3）在二级医院、三级医院医院疼痛科、皮肤科接受门诊或住院服务；4）具备足够认知能力，能够理解和回答问卷问题；5）知情同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) herpes zoster patients; 2) aged 40 and above; 3) inpatient or outpatient at the pain department and dermatology department of secondary and tertiary hospitals; 4) having sufficient cognitive ability to understand and answer questionnaire questions; 5) informed consent to participate in the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

患者人口学特征、共病情况、门诊和住院服务利用与费用，将通过患者就诊医院的电子病例系统患者病案数据中获得；患者免疫缺陷情况、家族史、并发症、疼痛情况、自我治疗和疾病相关的间接成本、生命质量、心理健康和睡眠情况数据将通过电子问卷获得。所有数据将通过STATA15.0进行管理和分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Demographic characteristics of patients, comorbidity, utilization and cost of outpatient and inpatient services will be obtained from the patient medical record data of the electronic medical record system of the hospital where the patient visits. Patient data on immune deficiency, family history, complications, pain, self-treatment and disease-related indirect costs, quality of life, and mental health will be obtained via an electronic questionnaire. All data will be managed and analyzed by STATA15.0.
