研究目的：

本研究旨在验证鼻咽癌解剖学及非解剖学预后因素，以优化现行的第九版TNM分期系统（TNM-9）。同时，本研究拟通过机器学习与传统统计方法相结合，鉴定具有独立显著意义的预后因子。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to validate the anatomical and non-anatomical prognostic factors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma to optimize the current ninth edition of the TNM staging system (TNM-9). Additionally, this study intends to identify independent significant prognostic factors by combining machine learning with traditional statistical methods.

纳入标准：

2025年10月1日至2026年9月30期间所有经病理确诊为鼻咽癌的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.All patients with pathologically confirmed nasopharyngeal cancer between 1 Oct 2025 and 30 Sep 2026;

排除标准：

1.鼻咽部非上皮性肿瘤（包括淋巴瘤、软组织肉瘤、骨/软骨肿瘤、黏膜黑色素瘤及涎腺型肿瘤）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-epithelial tumors of nasopharynx (including lymphoma, sarcoma of soft tissue, bone/cartilage tumors. mucosal melanoma, salivary type tumors);

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始医疗记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入电子病例报告表。经过分中心监察员审后的病例报告表应及时保存原件备份并发送至中心临床研究数据管理员，由专门研究人员输入研究数据库。由数据管理人员根据自动校验程序和数据库清单生成的错误信息进行系统性检查。明显的错误将返回分中心更正至修正副本留存后发回给中心临床研究数据管理员。 在这些工作完成以及宣布数据库被确认为完整的和准确的之后，数据库即被锁定。此后数据库的任何修改，须获得研究和生物统计负责人的一致书面同意才能进行。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers shall enter data into the electronic case report form (eCRF) in a timely, complete, accurate, and clear manner based on the original medical records of the subjects. After review by the sub-center monitors, the case report forms should be promptly backed up in their original form and sent to the central clinical research data manager, where dedicated researchers will input the data into the research database. Data managers will conduct systematic checks based on error messages generated by the automated validation program and the database checklist. Obvious errors will be returned to the sub-center for correction, and the corrected copies will be retained before being sent back to the central clinical research data manager. It will be locked once these tasks are completed and the database is declared complete and accurate. Any modifications to the database thereafter must receive unanimous written consent from the heads of research and biostatistics.
