研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨体育运动干预对智力障碍儿童身心健康发展的影响，以及运动干预影响的延后效应。拟通过该试验结果为智力障碍儿童提供最佳的运动干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a sports intervention on the physical and mental health development of children with intellectual disabilities and the delayed effects of the effects of the sports intervention. It is intended that the results of this trial will provide the best sports intervention program for children with intellectual disabilities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册第五版》(DSM-5)关于中重度智力障碍的诊断标准； (2)无严重影响参与体育活动的心脏病、癫痫等躯体疾病； (3) 家长和学生本人知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meeting the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) diagnostic criteria for moderate-to-severe mental retardation; (2) not having any physical illnesses, such as heart disease or epilepsy, that would seriously interfere with participation in physical activities; (3) informed consent from the parents and the students themselves.

排除标准：

（1）有任何身体残疾; （2）具有可能干扰研究结果倾向（例如遗传综合征）; （3）有 PA 的禁忌症（例如，严重的心脏病）; （4）在过去 4周内参加过其他与肥胖或健身相关的计划； （5）患有其他妨碍指令理解的严重精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) have any physical disability; (2) have a predisposition that may interfere with study results (e.g., genetic syndromes); (3) have a contraindication to PA (e.g., severe heart disease); (4) have participated in another obesity or fitness-related program in the past 4 weeks; (5) have other serious mental disorders that interfere with the understanding of the instructions.
