研究目的：

探索肠化生和癌症的甲基化特征差异，优化多癌早筛模型在肠化生血液检测中的性能，降低筛查假阳性率。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring differences in methylation profiles of Gastric Intestinal Metaplasia and cancer to optimize the performance of a Multi-cancer Early Detection model and thus to reduce detection false-positive rates in Intestinal Metaplasia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经病理诊断肠化生且不合并高级别异型增生/高级别上皮内瘤变者； 2. 40 周岁≤年龄＜75 周岁； 3. 签署知情同意书，愿意遵循本研究的采样和评估要求。

Inclusion criteria

1) Pathologic diagnosis of Intestinal Metaplasia and not combined with high-grade dysplasia/high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia; 2) Age >= 40 years and <75 years; 3) Signed informed consent and willingness to follow the blood collection and assessment of this study.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
2.既往或筛选时有癌症（包括原位癌）病史；
3.筛选前 14 天内有严重的急性感染性疾病史(如重症和危重症新冠病毒感染、脓毒症等);
4.筛选前 14 天内有使用过以下药物:静脉/口服使用糖皮质激素;静脉/口服使用阿扎胞苷(azacitidine)、地西他滨(decitabine)、 普鲁卡因胺 (procainamine)、肼屈嗪(hydrazine)、三氧化二砷(arsenic trioxide);
5.筛选前曾接受过器官移植、骨髓移植、干细胞移植或筛选前 30 天内接受过输血;
6.其他经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究的情形。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant and lactating women;
2) Those with previous or current cancer history（including Carcinoma in situ）;
3) History of severe acute infectious disease (e.g., severe and acute new coronavirus infection, sepsis, etc.) within 14 days prior to screening.
4) Use of the following medications within 14 days prior to screening: intravenous/oral glucocorticosteroids; intravenous/oral azacitidine, decitabine, procainamide, hydrazine, arsenic trioxide, or other drugs;
5) Having received an organ transplant, bone marrow transplant, stem cell transplant, or blood transfusion within 30 days prior to screening.
6) Other circumstances that the investigator consider inappropriate to participate in the study.
