研究目的：

中国成人肺部健康研究（China Pulmonary Health Study，简称“CPHS研究”）于2011-2014年在中国10个代表性省市（北京市、上海市、辽宁省、陕西省、山西省、四川省、湖北省、浙江省、贵州省、广东省）以严格多阶段分层整群随机抽样，对5万余名20岁及以上成人开展关于慢性呼吸系统疾病患病情况的流行病学调查。通过CPHS研究的基线调查，研究团队前期已获得我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘、小气道功能障碍等的年龄标化患病率和影响因素等基础数据，并建立了基于中国人群的支气管舒张前和舒张后肺功能检查指标参考值。为纵向分析CPHS研究调查人群10-15年来慢性呼吸系统疾病及相关重要共病（包括心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、内分泌和代谢性疾病等）的患病情况和关键生理指标（包括肺功能检查指标等）的变化情况和影响因素，并探讨可能的病因与致病机制，本研究计划对曾参与CPHS研究基线调查的2万人群开展随访调查。  

Objectives of Study：

The China Pulmonary Health Study (CPHS) was a large-scale epidemiological survey designed to investigate the prevalence of chronic respiratory diseases in more than 50,000 Chinese adults aged 20 years or older leveraging a multistage stratified cluster random sampling scheme between 2011 and 2014 in 10 representative provinces and municipalities (Beijing, Shanghai, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Sichuan, Hubei, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Guangdong) of China. Through analyzing the baseline survey data, we have reported the age-standardized prevalences of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, and small airway dysfunction, etc., and establish the pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry reference values for Chinese population. In order to longitudinal analyze the changes of prevalences of chronic respiratory diseases and relevant important multimorbidities (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, endocrine and metabolic diseases, and others) and the changes of some key physiological indices (such as lung function) and associated impact factors, and to explore the potential etiologies and pathogeneses of the diseases, we plan to initiate the follow-up investigation among 20,000 individuals who have ever participated in the CPHS baseline survey.

纳入标准：

(1) 纳入CPHS研究基线调查数据分析的调查对象； (2) 具备正确的身份证号码及联系电话号码； (3) 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the individuals who participated in the CPHS baseline survey and were included in the baseline data analyses; (2) with correct ID number and phone number; (3) sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 根据身份证号码核查无法确认为原CPHS研究基线调查对象； (2) 因除死亡外其他原因无法进行支气管舒张前后肺功能检查者； (3) 调查对象要求撤回知情同意书； (4) 研究者从医学角度考虑调查对象有必要中止研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) can not be verified as a CPHS baseline participant by ID number matched; (2) incapable of taking pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry tests for reasons other than death; (3) request to withdraw the informed consent; (4) terminate due to medical or ethical considerations judged by investigators and/or ethics committee.
