探究艾司氯胺酮对磁休克患者抑郁情绪和认知功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of esketamine on depression and cognitive function in patients with Magnetic seizure therapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

满足24项汉密尔顿抑郁评定量表（24-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, HAMD-24）评分>=20分；有能力配合医生完成所有量表评估并能正确理解各项评估内容；本人或委托人同意参加研究并签署知情同意书;拟行磁休克治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the 24-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-24) score >=20 points; Ability to cooperate with doctors to complete all scale assessments and correctly understand the assessment contents; The person or the client agrees to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; Magnetic shock therapy is proposed.

排除标准：

1.脑血管畸形、动脉瘤、高血压或青光眼； 2.ASA评分为IV或V； 3.呼吸系统疾病、心血管疾病、颅内高压、脑血管疾病等并发症； 4.存在异物，如起搏器、颅内电极； 5.癫痫病史； 6.药物滥用史； 7.伴随出现的精神障碍； 8.妊娠； 9.与麻醉剂相关的严重不良反应史； 10.拒绝接受研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cerebrovascular malformation, aneurysm, hypertension or glaucoma; 2. ASA score of IV or V; 3. Complications such as respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, intracranial hypertension, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.; 4. Presence of foreign bodies, such as pacemakers, intracranial electrodes; 5. History of epilepsy; 6. History of drug abuse; 7. Concomitant mental disorders; 8. Pregnancy; 9. History of serious adverse reactions related to anesthetics; 10. Refusal to accept the study.
