采用超高场强(7.0T)磁共振对大样本量的胶质瘤进行多模态影像的图像采集,定量分析胶质瘤的影像改变,同时运用纹理分析、机器学习、深度学习等人工智能手段:(1)挖掘不同基因组胶质瘤的影像组学数据信息,探索胶质瘤多模态影像学表现与主要基因的关系; (2)确定区分不同基因组胶质瘤边界的方法,指导手术计划的制定,在确保最大程度地保护脑功能的同时最大范围地切除肿瘤组织; (3)通过影像特征提取分析,观察不同基因组胶质瘤治疗后转归的动态变化曲线,建立胶质瘤治疗后转归的预测模型。 通过多模态影像和人工智能的有机结合,解决胶质瘤术前基因诊断、手术精准指导、治疗后转归预测的关键临床问题,显著提高患者生存率和生存质量。 |

Objectives of Study: |
To study multimodal MR images of gliomas with large sample size by using ultra-high field (7.0T) MRI and artificial intelligence methods such as texture analysis, machine learning and deep learning. The purposes of our research are as follows: (1) to explore the correlation between multimodal MR imaging findings and the common gene information of gliomas. (2) to investigate the boundaries of gliomas with different genomes, and help guide the surgical planning, so as to remove the tumor to the maximum extent while protecting the brain function; (3) to observe the dynamic changes of gliomas with different genomes after treatment by using imaging feature extraction and analysis of computer science, and to set up the prediction model of glioma outcome. Through the organic combination of multimode imaging and artificial intelligence, we can solve the key clinical problems of preoperative gene diagnosis, accurate surgical guidance and prognosis prediction of glioma, and significantly improve the survival rate and quality of patients' life. |
