研究目的：

分析“华山特色术中唤醒开颅手术精准麻醉管理方案”的安全性、术中并发症、外科医生满意度及使用该麻醉管理方案的唤醒手术对患者长期心理状态及生活质量的影响等，为我科进一步优化术中唤醒麻醉管理方案提供科学理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To investigate the safety, intraoperative complications, surgeons' satisfaction of the sedation-awake-sedation anesthetic protocol for awake craniotomy; 2) To assess its impact on the long-term psychological state and the patients' quality of life; 2) To provide a theoretical basis for further optimizing this anesthetic protocol for awake craniotomy.

纳入标准：

1.2017年1月~2024年12月于复旦大学附属华山医院神经外科在华山特色术中唤醒开颅手术精准麻醉管理方案下行幕上功能区相关手术的患者，男女不限； 2.获得知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent awake craniotomy under moderate-to-deep sedation in Huashan Hospital of Fudan University between January 2017 and December 2024; 2. Those who have obtained informed consent.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加该研究者； 2.经详细病例回顾发现未采用或无法确定采用“华山特色术中唤醒开颅手术精准麻醉管理方案”者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Declinced to participate in the study; 2. Did not finish awake craniotmy under the sedation-awake-sedation anesthetic protocol.
