研究目的：

（1）评估乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿患者自我管理依从性现状并探讨其影响因素。 （2）在乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿患者中应用基于转化学习理论的健康教育干预，并评价效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)Assess the current status of self-management compliance in patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema and explore the influencing factors. (2)Implement a health education intervention based on transformative learning theory in patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema and evaluate its effectiveness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、病理确诊为原发乳腺癌并存在单侧乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿首次治疗的患者； 2、能使用智能手机者； 3、意识清楚，无交流沟通障碍，有一定的阅读和学习能力； 4、知情同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with pathologically confirmed primary breast cancer and unilateral breast cancer-related lymphedema on first treatment; 2.Patients with access to smartphones; 3.Clear consciousness, no communication barriers, have a certain ability to read and learn; 4.Informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1、患肢存在急性感染、炎症或静脉血栓者； 2、有严重的慢性疾病，如肾衰竭、心肺功能衰竭等； 3、上肢水肿症状由肾源性、心源性、营养不良等引起的，与癌症治疗无关者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute infection, inflammation or venous thrombosis in the affected limb; 2.have serious chronic diseases, such as kidney failure, heart and lung failure, etc.; 3.Upper limb edema symptoms caused by nephrogenic, cardiogenic, malnutrition, etc., unrelated to cancer treatment.

盲法：

开展BCRL患者基于转化学习理论的健康教育干预过程中难以实现对研究对象及干预实施者设盲，本研究的结局指标为BCRL患者的自我管理行为、上肢周径差、淋巴水肿症状。除上肢周径差以外均为主观资料，本研究对资料收集员和数据分析员设盲。

Blinding：

During the implementation of health education interventions based on transformational learning theory for BCRL patients, it was challenging to blind both the study subjects and the intervention implementers. The outcome measures of this study included the self-management behaviors of BCRL patients, the upper limb circumference difference, and lymphedema symptoms. Except for the upper limb circumference difference, all other data were subjective. This study maintained blinding for data collectors and analysts.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集，采用excel2017建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均由双人录入；采用SPSS27.0软件进行数据处理。
