研究目的：

为促进儿童疼痛管理，本项目主要研究基于多模态特征融合的儿童疼痛智能化评估系统的构建及应用。该研究以构建多模态特征融合的儿童疼痛视频数据库和多模态融合分析的儿童疼痛智能化诊断模型为基础，以突破面向临床应用的儿童疼痛自动诊断技术，以期待实现儿童疼痛管理过程的智能化、高效化、全面化、标准化。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to promote children's pain management, this project mainly studies the construction and application of children's pain intelligent assessment system based on multi-modal feature fusion. Based on the construction of a children's pain video database with multi-modal feature fusion and a children's pain intelligent diagnosis model with multi-modal fusion analysis, this study aims to break through the automatic diagnosis technology of children's pain for clinical application, in order to realize the intelligent, efficient, comprehensive and standardized process of children's pain management.

纳入标准：

1. 研究期间入住研究者所在医院 2 个月~7 岁的儿童； 2.法定监护人知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 2 months to 7 years who were admitted to the investigator's hospital during the study period; 2. Informed consent of the legal guardian.

排除标准：

1. 有休克、代谢性脑病、严重心肺疾病等情况者； 2. 患有严重先天畸形、颜面部畸形、面神经损伤、颜面部手术、喉上/喉返 神经损失等影响视频采集者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with shock, metabolic encephalopathy, serious cardiopulmonary disease, etc. 2. Severe congenital malformation, facial deformity, facial nerve injury, facial surgery, supraryngeal/recurrent larynx Nerve loss and other effects on video gatherers.

测量方法：

儿童疼痛行为量表（Face，Legs，Activity，Crying，Consolability，FLACC）最适用于2个月～7岁的儿童，主要包括面部表情（Facial Expression）、下肢动作（Legs）、活动（Activity）、哭闹（Cry）、是否易安慰（Consolability），评分为上述5项指标的总和，最低为0分，最高为10分，评分1～3分为轻度疼痛，4～6分为中度，7～10

Measure method：

The Child Pain Behavior Scale (Face, Legs, Activity, Crying, Consolability, FLACC) is most suitable for children aged 2 months to 7 years. It mainly includes Facial Expression, Legs, Activity, Cry and Consolability. The score is the sum of the above five indicators, with the lowest score being 0 and the highest score being 10. The score of 1 to 3 is classified as mild pain. 4 to 6 is classified as moderate, 7 to 10 is classified as severe.
