研究目的：

探讨在经皮压迫三叉神经半月节手术中，经食道心房调搏是否能安全有效治疗三叉神经心反射。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether transesophageal atrial pacing can safely and effectively treat the trigeminal cardiac reflex in percutaneous compression of the trigeminal ganglion surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄满18岁以上患者、性别不限，ASA 分级 I-II级
2）原发性三叉神经痛
3）接受全身麻醉下行经皮压迫三叉神经半月节手术者
4）符合伦理，患者自愿受试，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients over 18 years of age, gender not limited, ASA classification I-II
2) Primary trigeminal neuralgia
3) Patients undergoing general anesthesia under percutaneous compression of the trigeminal ganglion surgery
4) Ethically, patients voluntarily taking the test and signing an informed consent form

排除标准：

1）术前心电图明显异常，无法正常交流，无法描述症状者
2）既往其他三叉神经疾病（如继发性三叉神经痛）或三叉神经手术史
3）精神疾病或其他神经系统疾病
4）严重心血管、脑、肺、肾疾病
5）抗癫痫药物、抗心律失常药及其他已知会影响心电图的药物史及病史
6）食管疾病，如食管炎、食管癌、严重食管静脉曲张等
7）严重电解质紊乱
8）阿托品禁忌症
9）其它可能影响研究的原因或拒绝参与者

Exclusion criteria：

1) The preoperative ECG obviously abnormal, unable to communicate normally, and unable to describe symptoms
2) Previous history of other trigeminal nerve disorders (such as secondary trigeminal neuralgia) or trigeminal nerve surgery
3) Mental illness or other neurological disorders
4) Serious cardiovascular, brain, lung and kidney diseases
5) History and medical history of anti-epileptic drugs, antiarrhythmic drugs and other drugs known to affect the ECG
6) Esophageal diseases, such as esophagitis, esophageal cancer, severe esophageal varicose veins, etc
7) Severe electrolyte abnormalities
8) Contraindications to atropine
9) Other reasons that may affect the study or reject participants

随机数字由没有参与研究的人使用计算机生成的随机代码随机分为两组：经食道心房起搏组（TEAP组）和阿托品组（AP组），每组各 38例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random numbers will be randomly divided into two groups by people who do not participate in the study using computer-generated random codes: transesophageal atrial pacing group (TEAP group) and atropine group (AP group), each group with 38 cases.

盲法：

本项目采用单盲设计，对患者采用盲法。本项目所有患者均由同一位外科医生对患侧三叉神经进行手术，均由同一位麻醉医生实施麻醉，使用相同的麻醉方案。

Blinding：

This project adopts a single-blind design, and the patient is blinded. All patients in this program were operated on the trigeminal nerve on the affected side by the same surgeon, and all were anesthetized by the same anesthesiologist using the same anesthesia protocol.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按顺序保存，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，在电脑专用文件夹、U盘进行妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。
