本研究旨在研究经皮穴位电刺激复合丙泊酚诱导意识消失时脑电特征，从而为临床麻醉医生提供一种新的镇静参照并对未来脑电信号新算法的研究提供实验数据  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the Electroencephalogram signatures of consciousness loss induced by Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation combined with Propofol, so as to provide a new sedation reference for clinical anesthesiologists and experimental data for the future study of a new EEG algorithm

纳入标准：

（1）拟行择期全身麻醉 （2）年龄18-65岁 （3）男女不限 （4）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）Ⅰ或Ⅱ级

Inclusion criteria

(1) Elective general anesthesia was planned (2) Age of 18-65 years old (3) Both male and female (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ

排除标准：

（1） 对大豆类食物及本品任何成分过敏 （2） 睡眠呼吸暂停或中度或重度打鼾 （3） 过去3个月有过针灸经历 （4） 电极覆盖部位感染 （5） 长期使用安定类药物 （6） 严重心脏、肝脏或肾脏疾病 （7） 听力和/或语言交流障碍 （8） 妊娠或哺乳

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Allergic to soy food and any component of this product (2) Sleep apnea or moderate or severe snoring (3) Had acupuncture experience in the past 3 months (4) Eectrode coverage site infection (5) Long-term use of diazepam drugs (6) Severe heart, liver, or kidney disease (7) Hearing and/or language communication disorders (8) Pregnancy or lactation
