研究目的：

牙周炎患者即刻种植和延期种植的长期临床效果比较尚不清楚，影响牙周炎患者即刻种植和延期种植效果的影响因素也不明确，本项目通过分析多种潜在影响因素对于牙周炎患者即刻种植和延期种植长期临床效果的影响，探索影响牙周炎患者即刻种植和延期种植效果的可能原因，同时比较即刻种植和延期种植的多种临床结局（种植体存活、种植体成功、边缘骨丧失（Marginal bone loss，MBL）等），从而确定即刻种植和延期种植的长期临床效果差异，明确可能影响二者种植效果的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The comparison of long-term clinical outcomes between immediate and delayed implant placement in patients with a history of periodontitis remains unclear. Furthermore, the factors influencing the outcomes of immediate and delayed implant placement in these patients are not well-defined. This study aims to analyze the impact of various potential influencing factors on the long-term clinical outcomes of immediate and delayed implant placement in patients with a history of periodontitis, to explore the possible reasons affecting the outcomes, and to compare various clinical outcomes (e.g., implant survival, implant success, and marginal bone loss [MBL]) between immediate and delayed placement. Ultimately, this will determine the differences in long-term clinical outcomes between immediate and delayed implant placement and identify potential risk factors that may affect the outcomes of both techniques

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.具有牙周炎病史且种植治疗前牙周炎已经得到控制的牙周炎患者； 2.采用拔牙后立即植入种植体的即刻种植组患者和采用拔牙后 3 个月植入种植体的延期种植组患者； 3.患者具有良好的依从性并于种植治疗完成后有至少一次的随访记录； 4.采用即刻种植的患者同时完成骨增量术式； 5.患者有相对完整的病历记录和影像学记录； 6.在2012年1月至2024年12月中进行种植治疗的患者； 7.参与者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with periodontitis who have a history of periodontitis and periodontitis has been controlled before implant treatment; 2. Patients in the immediate implant group who were implanted immediately after tooth extraction and patients in the delayed implant group who were implanted 3 months after tooth extraction; 3. The patient has good compliance and has at least one follow-up record after the completion of implant treatment; 4. Patients with immediate implantation complete bone augmentation surgery at the same time; 5. The patient has relatively complete medical records and imaging records; 6. Patients who underwent implant treatment between January 2012 and mid-December 2024; 7. Participants sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.采用了拔牙后4-8周植入种植体的早期种植患者； 2.已经有过一次种植失败历史的种植位点； 3.采用延期种植的患者种植前进行了位点保存（牙槽嵴保存）术式； 4.患者有不受控制的系统性疾病（如糖尿病等）； 5.有精神疾病或无法理解和服从医生指示； 6.有静脉注射双膦酸盐治疗史； 7.当前怀孕； 8.酗酒和/或吸毒； 9.局部辐照史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with early implants who were implanted 4-8 weeks after tooth extraction; 2. Planting sites that have already had a history of planting failure; 3. Patients with delayed implantation underwent site preservation (alveolar ridge preservation) before implantation; 4. The patient has an uncontrolled systemic disease (such as diabetes, etc.); 5. Have a mental illness or are unable to understand and obey the doctor's instructions; 6. History of intravenous bisphosphonate therapy; 7. Current pregnancy; 8. Alcohol and/or drug abuse; 9. History of local irradiation.
