研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探讨内镜清洗机在床旁预处理时对操作时间的影响。 2. 次要目的： （1）探讨内镜清洗机对软式内镜使用后请清洗消毒质量（ATP 监测）的影响。 （2）探讨内镜清洗机对软式内镜使用后清洗消毒质量（微生物监测）的影响。 （3）探讨内镜清洗机对内镜测漏的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To investigate the effect of endoscopic cleaning machine on operation time during bedside pretreatment. 2. Secondary Purpose: (1) To explore the effect of endoscope cleaning machine on the quality of cleaning and disinfection (ATP monitoring) of flexible endoscopes after use. (2) To explore the effect of endoscope cleaning machine on the quality of cleaning and disinfection (microbial monitoring) of flexible endoscopes after use. (3) To explore the influence of endoscope cleaning machine on endoscope leak detection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、研究参与者： （1）年龄在 18-60 岁之间； （2）男性患者。 2、内镜：选取同一批次且同一时间投入使用的型号为 GIF-H290 的胃镜。

Inclusion criteria

1. Study participants: (1) Be between the ages of 18-60 years; (2) Male patients. 2. Endoscope: GIF-H290 gastroscope of the same batch and put into use at the same time.

排除标准：

1、研究参与者： （1）30 天内有过感染性疾病病史者； （2）有严重心肺功能障碍者； （3）有免疫缺陷病史或免疫低下者； 2、内镜： （1）更换过钳子管的胃镜。 （2）有过咬伤、压伤等导致钳子管变形的胃镜。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Study participants: (1) Those who have a history of infectious diseases within 30 days; (2) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (3) Those with a history of immunodeficiency or immunocompromised; 2. Endoscopy: (1) Replace the gastroscope with forceps tubes. (2) Gastroscopy with bites, crushes, etc., which causes the forceps tube to be deformed.
