研究目的：

旨在发现溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道菌群和代谢组学特征差异，挖掘菌群与代谢之间的关联性，探究特定肠道菌及其代谢物与溃疡性结肠炎发病的可能相关机制，并建立以肠道菌群为主要生物标志的溃疡性结肠炎早期诊断模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to identify the differences in gut microbiota and metabolomics characteristics among patients with ulcerative colitis, explore the correlations between microbiota and metabolism, investigate the potential mechanisms linking specific gut bacteria and their metabolites to the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis, and establish an early - diagnosis model for ulcerative colitis based primarily on gut microbiota as the biomarker.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄：18-60岁 UC组：为临床症状、影像学、内镜及病理表现综合诊断为UC的患者 对照组：为健康人群

Inclusion criteria

Age: 18–60 years; The UC group consists of patients diagnosed with ulcerative colitis based on a comprehensive evaluation of clinical symptoms, imaging findings, endoscopic examination, and pathological manifestations; Control group: Consists of healthy individuals.

排除标准：

1) 入组前经历过重大胃肠道手术[如回肠/结肠转移（ ileal/colonic diversion）或肛管贮袋术（J-pouch）]； 2) 癌症史、除IBD外的其他自身免疫性疾病史、器官移植史或其他严重消化系统疾病史； 3) 入组前6个月内血压、血糖、血脂等全身性代谢紊乱未得到控制； 4) 怀孕人群； 5) 入组前6个月内饮食习惯发生重大变化，如开始纯素饮食等； 6) 近3个月内服用过益生菌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Undergone major gastrointestinal surgery prior to enrollment [such as ileal/colonic diversion or J-pouch (ileoanal pouch) surgery]; 2. History of cancer, other autoimmune diseases aside from IBD, organ transplantation, or other severe gastrointestinal diseases; 3. Systemic metabolic disorders such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipids were not controlled within 6 months prior to enrollment; 4. Pregnant individuals; 5. Significant changes in dietary habits within 6 months prior to enrollment, such as starting a vegan diet; 6. Consumption of probiotics within the past 3 months.
