研究目的：

1.探讨体外循环心脏手术术中高Pv-aCO2和术后急性肾损伤的关系，以期为术后急性肾损伤的预防与早期识别提供新思路。 2.探讨Pv-aCO2、P(v-a)CO2/C(a-v)O2、ScvO2、BE和乳酸在体外循环心脏手术中作为预后生物标志物的的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the relationship between high Pv-aCO2 during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) cardiac surgery and postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI), with the aim of providing new ideas for the prevention and early identification of postoperative AKI. 2. To investigate the value of Pv-aCO2, P(v-a)CO2/C(a-v)O2, ScvO2, BE and lactate as prognostic biomarkers in CPB cardiac surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）使用体外循环（CPB）接受择期体外循环心脏手术的患者 （2）年龄≥18岁

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients undergoing elective extracorporeal circulation (CPB) cardiac surgery with the use of extracorporeal circulation (CPB) (2) Age >= 18 years old

排除标准：

（1）对鱼精蛋白过敏的患者； （2）术前需要血液透析的肾功能衰竭的患者； （3）做过心脏移植、肾移植或肾切除术的患者； （4）患有血液病的患者； （5）术前需要气管切开术、机械通气或体外膜氧合的患者； （6）妊娠状态的患者； （7）术后48 小时内死亡的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients allergic to protamine; (2) patients with renal failure requiring hemodialysis before surgery; (3) patients with heart transplantation, kidney transplantation or nephrectomy; (4) patients with hematological diseases; (5) patients requiring tracheotomy, mechanical ventilation or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation before surgery; (6) patients with pregnancy status; (7) patients who died within 48 hours after surgery.
