研究目的：

通过构建基于证据的护士参与下的有创机械通气患者程序化撤机循证实践方案，并且将该循证实践方案进行验证应用效果，促进证据的临床转化。提高机械通气患者的临床获益和护士循证实践能力。  

Objectives of Study：

By constructing an evidence-based practice scheme for the programmed withdrawal of patients with invasive mechanical ventilation with the participation of nurses based on evidence, and verifying the application effect of this evidence-based practice scheme, the clinical transformation of evidence is promoted. To improve the clinical benefit of patients with mechanical ventilation and nurses' ability of evidence-based practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、收治于北京某三甲医院外科ICU气管插管接呼吸机辅助呼吸的成年患者。 2、年龄>18岁。 3、机械通气时间<96小时。 4、同意参与本项研究，签署知情同意书（家属）。

Inclusion criteria

1. An adult patient with tracheal intubation and ventilator assisted breathing was admitted to the surgical ICU of a third-grade hospital in Beijing. 2. Age >18. 3. mechanical ventilation time <96 hours. 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent (family members).

排除标准：

1、心肺复苏患者； 2、昏迷患者； 3、颈脊髓损伤机械通气患者； 4、既往存在慢性呼吸系统疾病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
2. Coma patients;
3. Mechanical ventilation patients with cervical spinal cord injury;
4. Patients with chronic respiratory diseases;
