研究目的：

建立病史、临床症状、体征、超声图像特征及危险因素的快速诊断模型为基层卫生机构提供快速诊断膝关节软组织损伤程度的新方法，减少不必要的转诊外送，节约医疗资源。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a rapid diagnostic model of medical history, clinical symptoms, signs, ultrasound image features and risk factors, provide new methods for primary health institutions to quickly diagnose the degree of knee soft tissue injury, reduce unnecessary referral and delivery, and save medical resources.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-60岁；2. 因训练导致膝关节软组织损伤；3.病人对研究知情同意并填写调查问卷；4.依次完成体格检查，超声检查和磁共振检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range from 18 to 60 years old; 2. Soft-tissue knee injuries caused by physical exercise; 3. Patients have informed consent to this study and filled out a self-made questionnaire; 4. Completed physical examination, ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging in sequence.

排除标准：

1. 不配合问卷调查者；2.未完成磁共振检查者；3.既往病人有同侧膝关节受伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to cooperate with questionnaires; 2. Lack of complete MRI; 3. Patients with previous ipsilateral knee injuries.
