研究目的：

1.基于健康生态学理论构建结直肠癌生存者适应性风险预测模型并验证； 2.构建结直肠癌生存者适应性干预策略； 3.探讨结直肠癌生存者适应性干预策略对结直肠癌患者的影响，为我国结直肠癌生存者适应性管理提供一种新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Construct and validate an adaptive risk prediction model for colorectal cancer survivors based on the health ecology theory; 2.Develop adaptive intervention strategies for colorectal cancer survivors; 3.Explore the impact of adaptive intervention strategies on colorectal cancer patients, providing a novel approach for adaptive management of colorectal cancer survivors in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）按上述诊断标准确诊为结直肠癌，病理诊断明确； （2）年龄≥18岁； （3）知晓病情，自愿参与本次研究并签署知情同意书； （4）意识清楚，语言表达能力正常，有听、说、读能力。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer meeting the above diagnostic criteria with definitive pathological confirmation; (2) Age >= 18 years; (3) Awareness of disease status, voluntary participation in the study with signed informed consent; (4) Clear consciousness, normal verbal communication skills, and intact auditory, verbal, and reading abilities.

排除标准：

（1）伴有认知障碍、沟通障碍及精神疾病者； （2）病情严重，不能配合完成者； （3）正在参与其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with cognitive impairment, communication disorders, or mental illnesses; (2) Patients with severe disease conditions unable to cooperate with the study; (3) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
