研究目的：

主要目的： （1）评估发热待查患者疾病不确定感现状； （2）评估发热待查患者信息需求现状； （3）评估发热待查患者者应对方式现状； （4）分析发热待查患者疾病不确定感和信息需求的影响因素； 次要目的：探讨发热待查患者疾病不确定感与信息需求、应对方式之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objectives: (1) To assess the current status of disease uncertainty among patients with fever of unknown origin; (2) To assess the current status of information needs among patients with fever of unknown origin; (3) To assess the current status of coping styles among patients with fever of unknown origin; (4) To analyze the influencing factors of disease uncertainty and information needs in patients with fever of unknown origin. Secondary Objective: To explore the relationship between disease uncertainty, information needs, and coping styles in patients with fever of unknown origin.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合经典型发热待查诊断标准（Petersdorf标准）：发热持续≥3周；体温多次≥38.3℃；经≥1周住院检查仍未明确诊断。 2. ≥18岁； 3. 意识清醒； 4. 能够理解问卷并回答问题；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for classic Fever of Unknown Origin (FUO) (Petersdorf criteria): fever persisting for >=3 weeks; body temperature repeatedly >=38.3°C; and no definitive diagnosis after >=1 week of hospital investigation. 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Conscious; 4. Able to understand the questionnaire and answer questions.

排除标准：

1.认知障碍； 2.精神疾病； 3.病情危重，无法配合完成调查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive impairment; 2. Mental illness; 3. Critically ill and unable to cooperate in completing the survey.
