研究目的：

1.通过陪伴式情感护理提高患者对BIPAP呼吸机的耐受程度及BIPAP呼吸机治疗依从性。2.提高患者的生活质量和健康水平，预防和减少疾病的并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

Enhance patients' tolerance to BIPAP ventilators and improve compliance with BIPAP therapy through companionship-based emotional care. Improve patients' quality of life and health status, preventing and reducing disease complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.均需无创治呼吸机治疗且无禁忌症的患者。 2.年龄范围40-80岁患者。 3.要求患者或其法定监护人同意参与研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who require non-invasive ventilator therapy and have no contraindications. 2.Patients aged 40-80 years. 3.The patient or their legal guardian must agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.排除年龄大于85岁的患者。 2.排除患有严重并发症及病情变化的患者。 3.排除既往经常使用无创呼吸机的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclude patients older than 85years. 2.Exclude patients with severe complications or significant disease progression. 3.Exclude patients with a history of frequent non-invasive ventilator use.
