探索大语言模型在骨科疾病中的诊疗意见的准确性。本研究拟开发一个基于临床指南构建的大语言模型，并验证其与DeepSeek、ChatGPT、智谱清言等通用大语言模型对临床真实病例诊疗意见的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the accuracy of diagnostic and therapeutic opinions of large language models in orthopedic diseases. This study aims to develop a large language model based on clinical guidelines and verify its accuracy with general large language models such as DeepSeek, ChatGPT, and ChatGLM on real clinical cases.

纳入标准：

我院骨科门诊和住院患者中诊断为股骨头坏死、骨关节炎、痛风等骨科疾病的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with femoral head necrosis, osteoarthritis, gout and other orthopedic diseases in our hospital's orthopedic outpatient and inpatient departments.
