本研究通过回顾性数据分析比较剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫患者与无剖宫产史女性接受体外受精-新鲜胚胎移植助孕的临床结局，试图揭示剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫对新鲜胚胎移植后临床妊娠结局的潜在影响，为临床决策提供新证据。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the clinical outcomes of patients with scarred uterus after cesarean section and women without a history of cesarean section who received in vitro fertilization-fresh embryo transfer, this study attempted to reveal the potential impact of scarred uterus after cesarean section on clinical pregnancy outcomes after fresh embryo transfer and provide new evidence for clinical decision-making.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.移植时女性年龄为20-40岁；采用长方案或拮抗剂方案促排卵的卵巢正常反应人群；新鲜周期移植；

Inclusion criteria

1.The women were 20-40 years old at the time of transplantation;
2.The ovaries of the normal response population using the long regimen or antagonist regimen to promote ovulation;
3.Fresh embryo transplantation;

排除标准：

1.子宫畸形；
2.输卵管积水；
3.子宫内膜异位症；
4.重度宫腔粘连；
5.宫腔积液；
6.子宫腺肌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Uterine malformation;
2.Hydrosalpinx;
3.Endometriosis;
4.Severe intrauterine adhesion;
5.Uterine fluid;
6.uterine adenomyosis;
