研究目的：

1.主要目的：探究补偿外周听力对老年性聋患者鸡尾酒会场景（即多声源掩蔽场景）言语识别能力的作用； 2.次要目的： ①揭示补偿外周听力对老年性聋鸡尾酒会场景（即多声源掩蔽场景）言语识别的相关皮层表征改变； ②探究个体多声源掩蔽场景下言语识别能力和相关神经影像学表现与听觉处理能力指标（纯音阈值、言语接受阈、声源定位能力等）之间的关系； ③探究掩蔽声类型和目标掩蔽信噪比对个体多声源掩蔽场景下言语识别能力和相关神经影像学的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To explore the effect of compensating peripheral hearing on speech recognition in the cocktail party scene (i.e., multi-source masking scene) of patients with presbycusis; 2. Secondary Purpose: (1) to reveal the cortical representation changes related to compensating peripheral hearing for speech recognition in presbycusis cocktail party scenes (i.e., multi-source masking scenes); (2) to explore the relationship between speech recognition ability and related neuroimaging performance and auditory processing ability indicators (pure tone threshold, speech acceptance threshold, sound source localization ability, etc.) in the multi-voice masking scene; (3) To explore the effects of masking sound types and target masking signal-to-noise ratio on speech recognition ability and related neuroimaging in individual multi-source masking scenarios.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.好耳0.5、1、2、4kHz 4个频率纯音听阈均值＞20 dB HL，且<=65 dB HL； 2.年龄>=60岁； 3.能配合相关检查项目，同意接受干预措施并配合随访； 4.熟练使用普通话； 5.右利手。

Inclusion criteria

1. The mean of the pur-tone hearing threshold of the four frequencies of 0.5, 1, 2 and 4kHz is > 20 dB HL, and the < = 65 dB HL; 2. Age>=60 years; 3. Able to cooperate with relevant examination items, agree to accept interventions and cooperate with follow-up; 4. Proficient in Mandarin; 5. Right hand.

排除标准：

1.传导性聋或混合性聋（骨气导差＞10dB）； 2.双耳听阈不对称（双耳0.5、1、2、4kHz 4个频率纯音听阈差值≥15 dB）； 3.存在智力、精神、心理、中枢系统疾病和认知及行为障碍； 4.遗传性聋病； 5.活动性耳科疾病； 6.既往耳科手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Conductive hearing loss or mixed hearing loss (poor bone and air conductivity>10dB); 2. Binaural hearing threshold asymmetry (the difference between the hearing thresholds of 0.5, 1, 2, and 4kHz at 4 frequencies of >= 15 dB); 3. Presence of intellectual, psychiatric, psychological, central system diseases and cognitive and behavioral disorders; 4. Hereditary deafness; 5. Active otological disease; 6. History of previous ear surgery.
