研究目的：

分析重症心力衰竭患者进行双心室起搏与传导系统起搏两种起搏方式的心脏再同步化治疗的全因死亡和心衰住院结局是否存在差异。及分析传导系统起搏应用以来对心脏再同步化治疗的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to analyse whether there is a difference in all-cause mortality and heart failure hospitalization outcome in patients with severe heart failure undergoing cardiac resynchronization therapy with two pacing modalities: biventricular pacing and conduction system pacing. Additionally, the impact of conduction system pacing on cardiac resynchronisation therapy since its application will be examined.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.NYHA III-IV级； 2.LVEF≤30%； 3.过去1年内发生≥1次因以下任何原因之一于急诊就诊或住院治疗：（1）心衰急性加重需静脉应用利尿剂治疗；（2）低心排需要正性肌力药物或血管活性药物治疗；（3）恶性室性心律失常； 4.QRS≥120ms； 5.成功植入CRT。

Inclusion criteria

1. New York Heart Association (NYHA) class Ⅲ-Ⅳ HF symptoms; 2. LVEF <= 30%; 3. hospitalizations or emergency department visits in the past 12 months for episodes of: requiring intravenous diuretics, low output requiring inotropes or vasoactive medications, or malignant ventricular arrhythmias; 4. QRS duration >= 120ms; 5. successful CRT implantation.

排除标准：

1.传导系统起搏联合双心室起搏；

1.Conduction system pacing combined with biventricular pacing;
